H1N1 Flu has made us cautious when someone randomly coughs or sneezes. We may now fear it will potentially turn into a harmful disease as opposed to thinking nothing of it in previous years. H1N1 Flu, Swine Flu, was first detected in April 2009 with a pandemic warning June 2009. As flu and cold season approaches, we should take a few precautions in taking care of our loved ones and ourselves.
The most important things you could do to protect yourself from any germs especially Swine Flu is to wash your hands often! Guard your sneezes and coughs by doing so into a tissue or in your arm to limit the spread of germs. Remember to eat, exercise and stay hydrated. If you do not feel well, stay home and call your doctor for a check up if your symptoms persist.
